Mr Cairnes is the Founder of ManoCap. ManoCap is a private investment firm that has been making debt and equity investments in small and mid-cap enterprises in West Africa for over 8 years. ManoCap currently manages the ManoCap Equity Funds and the George Soros Funds. Mr Cairnes has been living and working in Sierra Leone since 2004, firstly as the private sector consultant for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and since November 2005 in the development of ManoCap. He has worked for Lansdowne Partners, a UK based hedge fund manager focussing on UK equities and as a management consultant for Marakon Associates in London, New York, Amsterdam and Mexico, focused primarily of the financial services sector. He has an M.Phil in Development Studies from Cambridge University, and a BA in Human Sciences from Oxford University.

Temitope has about 15 years experience in the financial industry. Prior to being the pioneer Managing Director of First Asset Ltd, he worked with Guaranty Trust Bank SL Ltd ,where he headed several groups and teams in the bank including Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking and Mining. He has attended several Credit Courses at GTBank Plc Lagos, The KRC Ltd Lagos, and Harvard Associates- Lagos amongst others. He has also attended several other courses including an Investment Management Training at Robert Kennedy College in Zurich Switzerland. He has extensive skills in financial modelling,investment structuring, marketing, budgeting, negotiations, team management and portfolio management. He left GTBank in October 2012 as the head of the Mining and Exploration Group of the Bank to setup Aristotle Advisory Services which currently operates the financial advisory services of First Asset Limited. At Vigzit Benet Leasing Nigeria, he left as the Head of Product development. He was specialized in developing leasing products for individuals, corporate bodies, institutions, associations and government agencies. He has developed several products which include the University of Lagos Computer Acquisition Scheme (1,850 participants), Senior Staff of College of Education Computer scheme at the Federal College of Education Akoka amongst others. Temitope holds a BSc. Surveying and Geoinformatics Engineering, (University of Lagos) , an MBA. (University of Wales, UK) and a M.A Development Management (University of Sierra Leone).

Mr. George-Taylor is a dynamic, astute and result-oriented leader with over 18 years of experience in the banking industry and proven success in managing multi-billion Naira operations. Mr. George-Taylor was an Executive Director at Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank) where he headed the Public Sector Group, Abuja & North Central Division, in this role he significantly grew the bank's Balance Sheet, increased profit and doubled the bank's share of Federal Government Business. Prior to this, George-Taylor served as the Managing Director of GTBank, Sierra Leone where he completely turned around the bank's performance by increasing profits by 800% in 4 years and under his leadership GTBank Sierra Leone won several awards. An adept negotiator who applies his in-depth knowledge of the banking industry to generate rapid revenue and profit growth opportunities; he is also skilled at cultivating, winning and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and key accounts. He was also instrumental in the Lagos State introduction of IST and Electronic Payments initiatives, introduced Card (ValueCard) and E-payment products for GTBank joint marketing and led several other innovative initiatives. He has served on several key committees and task forces including the Presidential Task Force on Financial Sector Reform Program Sierra Leone, Interswitch Implementation Committee, E-banking and Product Development Committee and the Executive Council - The West African Bankers Association, to name a few. Mr. George-Taylor holds a bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Clark University - USA and has attended executive education courses in institutions including INSEAD - Singapore, Cranfield School of Management - UK, IMD - Switzerland and Lagos Business School. After he resigned from the bank, he set up FAFE International; a financial services outfit offering a wide range of advisory and consulting solutions with a strong focus on corporate, debt and project finance; and wealth management, servicing clients primarily in the Oil & Gas, Power and Real Estate sectors. FAFE International has successfully secured and executed several high profile mandates.

Dr Hany Malek is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Interstate Mining and Development SL Ltd. The company is engaged in mining and has extensive mineral concessions in Sierra Leone. Dr Malek has worked in several capacities and Invested in several companies including Warens West Health Centre, Choice Providers Medical Group, H&M Medical Corporation, Lazer Africa LLC,Ocean Blue Investment Corporation and United Managed Health Corporation (USA). Dr Hany Malek has a BA Psycho-Biology ( University of Carlifornia, Los Angeles) and a degree in Chiropracy ( Cleveland Chiropractic College).

He is currently the Managing Director of AFCOM (SL) Limited - the biggest ISP and IT integrated solutions company in Sierra Leone. He is also the CEO of Excel Global Resources, Dimension Services (SL) Limited and T.T & T Solutions Limited a firm of Financial, Management consultants and Investment Analysts and also a member of the board of other companies with interest in general commerce, transportation and haulage, money transfer, real estate amongst a few.Tayo garnered about 14 years of experience working with Unipetrol Nigeria Limited (a downstream oil company that later became OandO), Intercontinental Bank Plc , Bank PHB Plc and Bank PHB Gambia. has gathered exposure and experience in project analysis and structuring, project management, investment analysis, management structuring, financial analysis, cash flow management and projection. His major strength lies in risk management , as he has headed the risk management department for several banks in several capacities. He has a BA in Economics from the prestigious University of Ibadan and several certificates in relevant fields and competencies .
